We do our best to ensure that information on this our website is accurate. Despite our efforts, inadvertent errors can occur. In cases where such errors do occur, we reserve the right not to honour pricing errors when accepting an order online. In the case that an order placed online contains a pricing error, client will be contacted and the order will be cancelled. Any payments that have been authorised for that order will be reversed.

We reserves the right to temporarily or permanently remove any product and/or service at any point in time and to update, change or replace any part of these terms. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product and/or service without notice at any time. We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason at any time without your prior consent.

All product prices shown on this website are quoted in SGD Currency. Orders will not be processed until full payment has been confirmed and received by us.

No cancellation or refund can be done once order are paid. Exchange of home accessories can be done within 2 days upon receiving of items. Please bring the item in original packaging together with your invoice to our office for exchange. However, we reserve the right not to exchange a product that, in our reasonable opinion, has become of unacceptable quality due to wear and tear, misuse; or as a result of failure to take reasonable care of the product. Showroom display pieces and promotional items are sold as-is. No exchange are allowed for these items.

We offer 1 year limited warranty for built-in furniture. We cover manufacturing defects, materials, workmanship and missing parts during installation. Our warranty does not include wear and tear, misuse, damage from impacts and inappropriate care of product. We deserve the right to determine the validity of warranty. Home accessories do not come with any warranty.
